JOMO was founded in 2018 to put a generation of bakery know-how onto Egypt’s restaurant tables. Behind us stands Bake Land Egypt — founded in 1988, and one of the country’s most established producers of professional bakery ingredients and premix systems. Three decades of flour, fire and fine-tuning.

Every product we deliver is built from the ingredient up — by people who still believe a great loaf is half science, half soul. That’s the difference between a bakery that just bakes, and one that bakes like it matters.
